Best Hair Treatments for Pakistani Hair
Our hair is thick, dense and gorgeous — and uniquely sensitive to Lahore's water and weather. Here's what actually works.

South Asian hair is often thick, dense and naturally wavy — beautiful qualities that also make it frizz-prone, slow to dry and vulnerable to the daily heat styling many of us rely on. Add Lahore's hard water and summer humidity, and you get the four complaints we hear most: frizz, dryness, dullness and breakage.
For frizz: keratin smoothing
Our formaldehyde-free keratin treatment coats and smooths the cuticle, cutting frizz and blow-dry time for up to four months. It's the most requested treatment on our hair floor, especially before summer and wedding season.
For dryness and dullness: hair spa
A hair spa with steam pushes moisture into dense hair that normal conditioners can't penetrate. Results are immediate and last 2–3 weeks — ideal monthly maintenance.
For colour or bleach damage: bond repair
Lightening dark hair to caramel or blonde breaks internal bonds. Bond-repair treatments rebuild them — which is why we include one with every colour service.
For weak, snapping hair: protein (carefully)
Protein masks temporarily reinforce weak strands, but too much makes hair brittle. Alternate with moisture and let your stylist judge the balance.
For split ends: a trim
No treatment repairs a split end. A trim every 8–10 weeks stops damage travelling upward — and thick hair holds its shape far better when it's freshly cut.
Home habits that matter more than products
- A shower filter for hard water
- Heat protectant before every blow-dry
- Lower dryer temperature, longer time
- Silk pillowcase; loose braid at night
- Oil the lengths before washing, not after
Not sure which treatment your hair needs? Every appointment starts with a consultation — book a hair spa and we'll assess from there.
Frequently asked questions
Is keratin safe for Pakistani hair?
Yes — a formaldehyde-free keratin applied by a trained stylist is safe and especially effective on thick, frizz-prone hair.
How do I fix dry, frizzy hair permanently?
There's no permanent fix, but keratin every 4 months, monthly hair spa and a hard-water filter dramatically reduce frizz long-term.
